We have an old property bought by our late parents 30 years ago in a subdivision where the current price for titled-clear property (lot) goes for 2-3M. Now, we have unsettled arrears which i recently found out from 20 years ago for around 500k---- if I were to sell this lot with the agreement that the buyer shoulder the 500k arrears (I will pay for the real estate tax), what is the ballpark price that this can be sold for (judging by market prices)?
