Arresto Menor

Meron akong friend na nagkasakitan sila ng asawa niya nung 5/30. Around evening, sabi niya, tinuluyan daw siya ng asawa niya. I suppose VAWC ang nikaso at nakakulong siya since 5/30.

Yesterday 5/31 ang sabi niya, maghaharap daw ulit sila ng asawa niya after lunch. We haven't heard from them since. Pero ang huli naming balita, ang sabi niya, sa Thursday or Friday pa daw siya puede mag-bail.

Sa may experience po jan sa VAWC, how much po ang bail sa ganitong kaso. And bakit po kaya matagal bago makapag-post ng bail?

Dalawang kalase ang pagpyansa at duon nakabase kung magkano. Either surety bond which he gets back if manalo siya sa kaso or ma-dismiss (45k siguro) or bail bond na sa pagkaalam ko ay non-refundable (20k). Again, i'm not saying exact figures ito ha. You get the idea naman..
