I'm planning to buy a 1 lot in subdivided land (20 lots), but the owner appointed an ATTY in FACT.
My question is that the ATTY in FACT should provide original copy of SPA to be attached in DEED of SALE in every transaction he made or photocopy is enough?
Addition, In SPA is signed only by husband, what I know is both because his wife is still alive (assuming that this is conjugal property).
