Hello ....me and my brother would like to sell the property in the Philippines. In the certificate of title is my father, mother, myself, my brother and his wife. Mom and dad past away. Does a power of attorney signed by myself, my brother and his wife good enough to authorized a person to sell the house for us? Is there any other documents we need to provide this person? Thank you so much for any info you can provide.

If your parents did not execute a will, the remaining heirs may execute extra-judicial settlement of estate (EJSE) with Special Power of Attorney. You need first to transfer the ownership of the property to you, your brother, and his wife by virtue of the EJSE before you can authorize someone to sell the property.
