Arresto Menor

Hello po. Yung friend ko po from US namatay yung lola niya na andito sa Pilipinas. Nagiisang anak lang nung lola niya yung dad niya pero di pwede umuwi ng Pilipinas dahil sa status ng papers sa US. So yung mga apo (friend ko at ate niya) lang ang pwede umuwi since ok na papers nila. Yung ate ng friend ko ang mag-aayos ng naiwang properties ng lola nila. Pero kailangan daw po ng power of attorney. They need help po sana about this. And kung meron pong lawyer who can work on this ngayong Holy Week. Thanks in advance!
