mga sirs and mams, maitanong ko lang po. may alam po ba kayo na jurisprudence about sa ownership ng payroll/salary/money. what i mean is, pag hindi pa siya ibinibigay sa employee, yung pera ay considered na pera pa ng employer.

not sure about jurisprudence, but definitely, the money is owned by the employer before it is given to the employee. the employee can not simply get money of the employer and declare it to be his salary.
