is it right for my employer to forfeit my last salary because i got terminated from work because i ignore my manager final warning not to be absent again without informing or not having a valid reason why i didn't turn up for work for 3 days from January 23, 2015 - January 26,2015 and i texted my manager that im going back to work but he suspend me until further notice. Because i found a new job when i was absent for 4days but i didn't tell my manager that was my 2nd warning and when i came back to work on January 6, i handed my resignation but its only 17 days notice my last day i put on the letter was January 23, 2015. But my manager didn't approve it. so when i got suspended and eventually got terminated it works with my favor because i start working last week February 2, 2015 with my new job. can i still get my last salary? what can DOLE do to help me?
