Arresto Menor

Our Korean Managers don't have a working visa yet they are working for almost 4 years in my company. They receive salary like a regular employees. Even 13th month. They are friends of our boss. He hired 3 of his friends as Korean Managers, but we were shocked when we found out that they don't have working visa.

Do they have any legal violation? Sanctions?
