RENEWAL CONRACT OFW.

pleasant greeting to my brothers and sisters
around, i would gratefully anounce the answer
to my question's soon.
i am OFW Worker's consiquently i want the clari-
fications of course
Year 2007 i started to work until 2009 meaning
i've been finished my first 2 years according
to my contract. subsequently i was signed again
for 2 years contract from 2009 to 2011 in short
i made comply this 2 years for the second 2
years but then i surprisingly of my new contract
despite UNDIFINITE CONTRACT starting this march
2011 to, i do not know when instead of 2 years,
According to this may be terminated by either
party by giving one month notice, all terms and
conditions specified in our original contract
the shall remain the same
Sir, my questions is what is the different
between 2 years and 2 years to UNDIFINITE?. is
it worst than before? my confussions is ur

does your new contract say Indefinite? or 2 years to Indefinite?

exactly, i was already signed an indifinite contract
one week ago. ang tinatanong ko rito bakit po ginawang
INDIFINTE ang kontrata ko na dati naman two years lang ng
two years, ang pinipirmahan ko apat na taon na ang
nakakalipas so nakapagtataka naman sir, mas maganda ba ito
o mas mainam kaysa two years lang ng two years ang kontrata
ko?
Sir, ito ba ay pwede kaming tangalin sa anumang oras o
habang kaya pa naming mag trabaho ay mananatili po ba kami
sa kompamnyang ito?

well, isn't indefinite better because after 2 years, you still have a right to a position?
