30 days render after resignation

good morning..
i resigned in my company due to my health reasons. so today i have this 30 day render after the resignation. but my co workers made this evil plot against me. "pahihirapan muna natin sya before sya umalis". my concern here - how can i finish this 30 days render if there is a plot against me? if i can provide evidence of this evil plot, what will i do?

If you cannot work bec of health reasons, you need not render 30 days

But it is stated in the agreement. And they will not give me good recommendation if i do not finish the 30 days render.

true but a medical certificate will preclude them from suing you for damages. Anyways its all moot, if you have a medical condition and can't work then what use is a good recommendation?

Hi po...need advice...im signing a memorandum of agreement sa past company (government) ko from march 15,2016 until december 2016 ung agreement dun...at ngaun nagpasa ako ng resignation letter sa hr sa personnel at head ko to inform na magresign na ako at kung pwede as soon as possible... Kc may bagong oppurtunity sa ibang company na nakita ko....pero hindi pa ako nag perma ng contract sa new employer kc magpaalam pa ako sa past employer ko....my head said i am free to exit now and got clearance but he will not sign my clearance...kc po nalaman ng head ko na nag apply ako sa ibang company at hinihintay nlng ako dun para magperma ng contrata...ngaun hindi ko na inasikasu ang clearance ko kc hindi rin naman pepirmahan ng head ko...pero tinawagan ako ng kaibigan ko na may letter daw ako na magcontinue ng work sa past company ko kc hindi inapprove ung resignation ko...anu po ba ang dapat kung gawin para matapos na ang conection ko sa past comp ko at makasula na ako sa bagong employer ko..anu ba ang kaso nila sa akin...

They can sue you for breach of contract and charge you for "training" Training does not necessarily mean formal classroom training. It could be in the form of a supervisor teaching you the ropes of your position. If experienced ka na sa iyong position and wala kang dinaanan na any training whatsoever, i don't think meron pa silang habol sayo as long as you render 30 days notice. Even if sinabi na you may exit now unless you can get that in writing i would render it nalang just to be safe.
