Hi!may i just inquire if may previous employer is entittled to file damages against me for not being able to render 30 days.i submitted my resignation letter prior to my decision of not reporting for work anymore but since my new company has ordered me to report for work already ive decided to not report for work anymore.i only rendered 2 weeks instead of 30 days but then i informed my immediate supervisor of my desire for an immediate resignation a day before leaving my work.thanks!
