Arresto Menor

Ask ko lang po regarding sa cut off ng salary kasi yung local agency ang policy nila sa salary 1-15 cut off payday every 10 of the month and 16-30 cut off every 25 of the month. Then 3x n po na dedelay yung sahod sobrng haba na po ng range tpos delay pa. What pwede ko gawin. Tpos galit pa sila lagi din ang dmi nilang dhilan sa iba daw na employ na marmi yung daw inuuna nila pag sa unti lang last hndi daw nila inaadvance pang linggo yung payday. Please help.
