Hi! Na absorbed po ako ng on site project namin ippenalize nila ako for 10k dahil may memo sila ni release pag na absorbed ng company dapat magbayad if hindi after 2 years pa ko pwede mag apply sa site and ang memo hindi naman kasama sa contract na pinirmahan ko. Legal ba ang memo nila kahit di kami nag sign na mga employees na magbayad ng 10k dahil sa bagong memo nila na nirelease?
