I have the same case with ace_legal. I am a 23 months tenure with my company and a regular employee already. I was told that if i will not render service for 30 days prior to resignation there will be a penalty of Php350/day x 30 days = Php10,500 which will be deducted to my last pay. I don't have a signed bond with my company. Is this legal? Do i really have to pay the amount for submitting immediate resignation?
