employer dont want to pay after resignation.

I have a collection for about 40k on my previous company. Iresigned jan.23.2014. then after 3-5 follow ups on their payroll staff about my collection, still he havent get the report summary of my services to be paid (4 mos. Of work)..

yesterday (feb.4.2014) i directly send a txt msg to my boss. Saying when can i get the service fees on my 4mos work..

he said i need a clearance to be payed...

he brought up a story that some of their equipment are missing more or less it cost 50k.
they have the right to investigate immediately.

so i ask tru txt 2of my co employee. If their are missing equipment... Sabi nila wala nmn..

in short ung boss ko gumagawa ng story para di ako mabayaran..

sana po matulungan nyo po ako.
marami pong salamat.

let them process your clearance.. pag na clear ka then demand for payment.. pag ayaw pa din, file money claim at DOLE.

gusto nila palabasin until the lost equipment are still missing i wont get any clearance from them...

after a month pwede na po ako mag file sa DOLE.

ung company ay walang SSS, TAX sa empleyado nila can i use this as grounds for un ethical practice of labor code of the phils.

wala nmn po nawawala. mahirap mahanap ang isang bagay na hindi nmn nawawala!

i asked my two co employee that still working on their supervision, kung may nawawala ba talagang equipment,, sagot sa akin wala nmn. gumagawa nlng un ng stry para di ako bayaran.
