employer dont want to pay after resignation.

I have a collection for about 40k on my previous company. Iresigned jan.23.2014. then after 3-5 follow ups on their payroll staff about my collection, still he havent get the report summary of my services to be paid (4 mos. Of work)..

yesterday (feb.4.2014) i directly send a txt msg to my boss. Saying when can i get the service fees on my 4mos work..

he said i need a clearance to be payed...

he brought up a story that some of their equipment are missing more or less it cost 50k.
they have the right to investigate immediately.

so i ask tru txt 2of my co employee. If their are missing equipment... Sabi nila wala nmn..

in short ung boss ko gumagawa ng story para di ako mabayaran..

If after a month, they still haven't paid you, you can file for moneyclaim at NLRC. Why is it that you have 4 months of unpaid salaries?

thats for my additional service fee. pag may photodocumantation po sa field may additional payment sa amin. naipon ng naipon kaya lumaki ung amount.

kulang a nga po ung mga pasweldo nila..
partial partial lang. kaya naipon din.

dinadaan ng boss ko sa power tripping para di kami kumibo sa patakaran nya sa company nya.

ganito din ung ginawa nya sa previous employee nya.
