Arresto Menor

I need po some legal advice what to do in the company. I am happen to be a Solo Parents and my supervisor keep on criticizing me and to the worst he gave me NI (Needs Improvement) on my appraisal grade. Which i believe i don't deserve it.

if you have a solo parent card, then you are entitled to some distinct rights such as solo parent leave. however, it does not entitle you to a lighter work standard.

perhaps you can question the assessment with hr or the manager.
