There are supervisors in our company that a manager complained as providing wrong information to their staff about managements direction and organizing them against the manager. There are no solid proof but the atmosphere in the department proves the manager's suspicion. We are afraid the problem is no longer healthy for anybody and afraid that it might escalate to something we can no longer remedy.
The said employees have been in the company for more than five years now and has established a relationship with our client by providing information of our company's every directions and decisions.
Is there a solid stand in terminating the supervisors on premise of loss of trust and confidence and what would be the legitimate process?
Will appreciate any advise you can provide.
Thank you.
