My client was not satisfied with the house he bought after finding at least 70 issues/defects. Because of this, he became mad and disgruntled with the developer. He wanted to have his money back with damages. The ground he sees as basis for filing with HLURB is the developer's unsound real estate practice. Can his case prosper? Sad Sad

If every defect that he claims are indeed present in the house involved and can be corroborated by ample evidence, then his case should prosper accordingly.

I do not have much knowledge on the procedures regarding HLURB, but a lawyer should help him out in having the proper ground filed in the HLURB upon appreciating all the facts of the case.
