Hi Atty.

I would like to know the validity of a training bond that is not pro-rated.
It means that in any case that I decide to leave the company before the expiration of the contract then I will have to pay the full amount to the employer.

it states:
"Should the EMPLOYEE violate any of of his/her obligations under this contract he/she shall return all expenses made and/or advanced by the EMPLOYER, in connection with or incidental to the said training or seminar"

I have already served 3 months of the contract since its effectivity and Im planning on resigning.
I would like to contest this agreement with our HR.
Any advise about the matter?
Thank you.

The training bond as it is is valid as you have signed it.

There is no law or other provision requiring it to be computed on a pro-rata basis if an employee leaves.
