Hi lawyers, just wanna know if Training Bond is legal here in the Philippines? The company will train me for three months, in case of quitting after a year. The company said that I'll be liable to pay them full year of future earnings. Is this legal?

if its a training bond, then amount should be comensurate the expenses incurred training you. if not you can challenge it in court
