Concubinage / VAWC

Hi everyone. I'm LJ and I'm new to this forum. I registered in this forum because I really need legal advice for my current situation. I filed a concubinage case against my husband and his mistress and about to file a VAWC case against my husband. I would like to know what are their possible defenses for both cases? Also, my husband told me the time I discovered about their affair that his reasons for doing that is because of our financial problems in which for him he is not aware of. But we already had a verbal agreement on the percentage that he will give as his share in our payment for our existing debts. However, since he left our house, he didn't follow what we have agreed on. Although the agreement was not documented, may I know kung pwede po bang ma include yung hindi niya pagsunod sa dapat niyang ibigay na pera para bayad sa utang dun sa VAWC case ko under economic abuse? Please enlighten me regarding my queries. Thank you so much.
