Arresto Menor

Hi. I found a screw/bolt at the bottom of my blended drink 2 days ago. The crew admitted it was from their ice. Now I'm having gastritis and had my anti tetanus shot. I already informed the corporate communication department of this compny but they have not given me any feedback. What should be my next step? Thanks a lot.

Send them a demand letter asking for damages. If still they will ignore your demand then you can go to court and file a case for damages.
