injury at restaurant

Hi. Goodpm. Ask lang po ako kind assistance on legal advice pls. I slipped at a restaurant on Dec 4 due to wet oily floor sa isang buffet restaurant. I escalated to management that this was due to no staff at that time. Walang nagaasikaso sa min. Nag offer na wag na daw ako magbayad but i insisted. A day later sobrang sakit ng paa braso and neck ko. Di ako nakapasok sa work. I live alone and wala akong makasama to accompany me sa clinic. TMagpacheck up na ko today kasi work is affected na. Pwede ko ba po ba kasuhan ang restaurant kasi wala na ko leave credits and expenses ko pag pa check up to get medication for the pain and xray. Pls help. Thanks
