Arresto Menor

My sister's restaurant was advise for closure by the City Mayors due to not renewing the Mayors permit which was expired last March 2015 and some false accusation of having some prostitute coming which they are just entertain like other costumer...Please give us some advise on what to do...tnx

bakit kasi ayaw nyo magrenew ng mayor's permit?
its a business requirement and aone a ground for closure
without the issue of the prosti chenes...

Bakit ng ba siya illegal closure? Complied ba ito sa lahat ng regulasyon, buwis, batas, ordinansya, zoning, barangay guidelines etc? Iba't ibang munisipyo o syudad, iba't ibang patakaran. Para mas maunawaan ang sityasyon.

'yon din ang tanong ko dito...hindi ba pagnagkamali ka di ba dapat bigyan ka muna ng notice or magbayad ka ng penalty ..y is it advise for closure n kaagad ...thus we need a due process of law...please help..tnx

Ang susi ay ang office ni munisipyo or syudad na nag-iissue ng mayor's permit. Sa kanila niyo tanungin. Binalikan niyo na ba sila? Alamin din ang mga ordinansya. Napakaraming regulasyon ng local government. Mayroon ding corresponding penalty at sanction for non-compliance. Bawat munisipyo / syudad may sariling unique rules. With additional info, we can better give advice.
