waiting for decision

hi atty,
dinemanda po kasi kami and nag-counter charge din po kami. tapos na din po ung submission ng affidavits and counter affidavits namin and as well as the other party. sabi po ng fiscal wait na lang kami ng 30-45 days for the decision and he isn't sure pa kung sino ang makakasuhan - if ako et al or the other party. dec10 po ung last hearing sa fiscal, and kinakabahan po kami ngaun kasi di po namin sure kung kelan lalabas ung decision talaga.

* ano po bang dapat namin gawin to be informed?

ang demanda po samin is slight physical injury and light threat. ang kaso namin sa kanya is grave oral defamation, unjust vexation.

* may possibility ba na a warrant of arrest would be given sa amin?

ang fear ko lang is baka biglang may pumunta sa bahay namin and bigla bigla na lang kami kunin..

do regular follow ups at the prosecutor's office so you can monitor when a resolution is made, reviewed then issued. go around every 2 weeks.

for those offenses, there will be no arrest warrant unless you do not appear in court in spite of prior notice.
