Hi sirs,

Wala pa po kasi ang decision.

Gusto ko po sana puntahan muna si employer para madiscuss yung mga unremitted benefits ko, or pwede na po ba ako directly mag file ng complain para sa mga unpaid benefits ko sss, pagibig and philhealth?

NLRC is different from SSS, PHIC, and Pag-ibig.

NLRC if labor related cases.

If may kaso ang company sa di pag bayad at pag remit ng mga mandated benefit you can already file a complain while waiting for the NLRC decision, unless you already had an agreement with the company during the NLRC Hearing.
