Ako po ay empleyado sa isang lending company na may branch sa Bicol. Isa po akong Collector base sa pinirmahan kong appointment. One time po, hindi pumasok ang branch manager ko for few days. I was asked by our Area Manager to request for access to temporarily act as Branch Manager. Dahil hindi ko gamay ang trabaho ng isang manager, humingi ako ng assistance thru text sa aking Branch Manager na from time to time binibigyan nya ako ng instruction sa kung ano ang gagawin. I was acting like his dummy para lang may mag act na manager para nga hindi maapektuhan yung operation kahit wala sya that time. To make the story short, few months after dumating yung audit team. And may isa silang findings in one of the new account which unfortunately, naapproved when I was acting as Temporary Branch Manager. Yung account holder kasi itinanggi niyang sya yung gumamit ng pera, wala daw syang transaction samin. Though may mga documents sya na sinubmit and napirmahan nya yung cash voucher as proof na nareceive nya yung pera. Nag sumite din ng affidavit yung account holder. Naglabas ng audit report, ako at yung collector ang inirecommend na magbayad nung halagang nawala at kakasuhan pa daw. Yung customer na nagdeny, wala sa recommendation na mapanagot. Binigyan ako ng notice to explain and nagreply naman ako. May nakaschedule na admin hearing soon. Ang tanong ko po, since may mga documents naman na magpapatunay na dumaan sa tamang proseso yung pagapprove sa loan nung account holder, and wala pa silang solid proof na fraud account nga yun, ano ba ang dapat kung gawin para maexclude ako sa mga accountable? Since, I only obeyed the instructions or orders nung legitimate na Branch Manager, kung sasabihin ba nya na inutusan nya ako na iapprove yung loan, maaabswelto ba ako?

Valid excuse po ba na hindi ko alam yung duties and responsibilities ng isang Manager dahil hindi naman talaga yun ang trabaho ko and never nila nadiscuss sakin ang duties ng isang Manager before nila ako inassign sa posisyon na yun for few days only? Valid excuse din po ba na I was only following instructions of my immediate superior? If he supports my statement, will I be excused?

Patunayan mo lahat yan sa Admin Hearing iyo.
Ipabasa mo lahat ng meesgaes ng Manager mo na ayon sayo ay sinunod mo lng. Kung my hindi ka sinunod na proseso ay pwede kang managot jan. Kung may pagkukulang ka sa mga procedure ng kimpanya ay pwede kang managot jan.
