nag file ako ng case againts employer regarding illegal dismissal s dole.hindi kami ng nagkasundo.pinadala na sa nlrc.nang dahil dito,hindi biniyag ang huling sahod ko pati ang 13th mo pay.legal po ba ito.anung gagawin ko

thank you po.napansin ko din po pala na hindi minsan nagreremit ang company namin sa sss ko kasi bungi bungi.2years na ako s kanila pero 5 months po walang hulog kahit evry month my deduction ako sa payslip.san ba ako magrereklamo ahensya?

Kaka resign ko lng last dec 30, 2015. Bumalik po ako january 26 for clearance i was shock may mga charges ako na sobrang laki...ang iba po acknowledge ko because of my lapses and i opted to pay pero the rest ay offsetting ko last salary ko. Ayaw po ng employer ko gusto nya bayaran ko ng buo ang charges then doon ako mag file ng salary ko...tama po ba ang ganoon? Na e hold na morethan a month ang last salary ko i opted naman na to less na lng lahat ng salary ko sa charges nila.

Thanks need some advice.
