Floating Status for more than 6 months

Nagtratrabaho po ako sa isang call center for 4 years now. Last May 23 2015 nag close yung account and during that time I am 5 months pregnant. Nanganak po ako ng september. Supposedly November 23 po yung pang 6th month ko na naka float however ang sabi po ng HR namin hindi daw po kasama yung maternity leave ko sa floating status ko. Now is my 8th month (6 months floating,2 months maternity) and they are telling me na meron na daw sila work for me. What should I do po? Hindi po ba talaga kasama yung maternity sa floating period ko? Without pay po ako during floating status but they give me my sss maternity benefit. Please help dahil minamadali po nila ako ngayon na bumalik sa work. Thank you so much!
