Hi, I was in floating status last 2010 till early 2011 for about 6 months. no salary nor benefits like SSS contributions, etc received. Can I file charges against my company? I know there is an existing policy sa company namin na u can only be placed on floating without pay for a maximum of 1 month if wala silang maibigay na account sayo then after 1 month they will have to give you your salary na every month that you are in floating status. thanks in advance po...Smile

Floating status is allowed for a maximum of 6 months.

But that's already 3 years ago - money claims (if any) may have prescribed already.
