Arresto Menor

Isang gabi po ay tumawag ang kapatid ko sa Mama at ate ko dahil isinumbong nya na hinipuan sya ng asawa ko. (Hiwalay na po kami ngayon) at sa una ay hindi ako naniwala hanggang sa ako na mismo ang nakahuli na binobosohan nya an kapatid ko habang naliligo. Ngayon po ay nakipag hiwaly na ako sa kanya dahil sa kababuyan nya. Gusto ko po  na mapawalang bisa ang kasal namin. ANo po kay ang grounds na pede kong isampa sa kanya?

how old is your sister? since the age of the victim defines the crime committed.

As for annulment of your marriage, is a long shot, since it is very hard to prove if your husband has a sickness or psychological incapacity. But you can go for legal separation.
