My sister's husband died recently. Through facebook, she was shocked to see that he was having a secret relations with another woman with kids. The worst part she is using her husband's surname. The other worst part is that her husband bought her a big house. With the death, she was able to scrutinize his finances. The finances showed her husband piling sizeable debt to pay for the house, education of kids, and lavish lifestyle of the woman. My sister is at a lost on what to do. Can you advice what are the legal remedies available for my sister?

If it is given in cash you have no way to prove it! if it is bank transfer then you can trace it and use it as a proof! otherwise, you will never know why he gave it in cash because she can easily say its he owes her that money.
