Good Day, mahihingi lang po sana ako ng advise kung anu ba dapat kong sabihin or i-explain sa employer ko kung ganito ang sitwasyon...nka tangap ako ng NOTICE to EXPLAIN dahil hindi po ako naka pasok na ng 7 days at for dismisal na ako according art.282 labor code as per my employer. Before ito mangyare last dec 31 nag end un contract ko sa kanila at noon jan 4. kung san back to work na ang schedule ng office namin nag text ako sa kanila na hindi muna ako mkakapasok at nag sabi ako ng date kung kelan ako makakabalik sa pag pasok. ANO kaya po ang dapat kong i-explain at tama po ba un bigyan ako ng NOTICE? at tama po ba gawin ng employer na hindi kami papirmahan ng bagong contract kahit na tapos na ito..

Kung nag-end na ang contract mo nung Dec 31, hindi mo na kailangan dapat pang pumasok, pwera na lang kung meron kayong kasunduan tungkol doon.

Bakit ka nagsabing di ka makakapasok kung wala ka namang bagong kontrata?

Kung tapos na ang kontrata mo, pwede naman na hindi na i-renew ng employer kung gusto nya.

nag end na po un dec 31 un contract ko..pero wala din naman kasunduan..kung baga naka sanayan lang ng office namin na dapat tuloy tuloy ang pag pasok namin at mag hintay ng bagong contract to sign.. legal ba un ginawa nila na padalhan ako ng notice?
