Good day sir,

I would like to inquire kung meron po bang duration until when an Employer can serve the result of Notice to Explain. An NTE was served to me last October 22 and returned it to HR together with my explanation last October 24. Admin hearing was conducted last October 25. I haven't received any update or result from them yet. May expiration ba or due kung hanggangg kelan nila pwede I serve ang result? Thanks and more power!
