Hi everyone!

Kailangan ko po ng advise nio, probationary period po ako sa company ko ngaun, then last dec 23 and 24 absent po ako sa work dahil po wala akong boses, isa po akong call center agent, i have a med cert nman po, and before pako mag absent dec 22nd pinag early out nila ko dahil nga wala nakong boses, i went to our clinic as well duing that time, so everthing was documented, then dec 25 is a holiday for us wala po akong pasok followed by my off dec 26 and 27 so dapat ang pasok ko pa ay dec 28 pero di pa rin po ako nakapasok sa kadahilanang nag ka sakit nman po ung anak ko, meron din po akong med cert ng anako ko just to make sure that everyhing was documented, Then on dec 30 pumasok na po ako sa office, but my supervisor told me na wala nakong access at ng send na daw sia ng awol notifications, i explain my side to her and sinabi ko na my med cert ako, pero sabi nlang nia antayin ko nlang daw ung letter about sa awol notice, but until now i still havent receive any notice from our company, di na rin ako pinapasok kase nga wala na daw akong access, i know may pag kakamali ako dahil di ako nag inform sa kanila bout what happen kase during that days na absent ako nawala ung phone ko so lahat ng contacts ko nawala din. But i didnt expect ganun gagawin nila since everthing was documented nman about my absences naisip ko na ok lang na di mag inform sa kanila since my mga med cert nman ako, ngaun di ko alam gagawin ko, im currently out for work for a weeks now im still waiting for that letter pero wala.


My question is pde ba sila mag awol ng employee kahit na properly documented nman ung absences ko?

Second is panu pag wala akong na receive na letter so naka floating status lang ako? Please help me kailangan ko pa nman ng trabaho dahil sa anak ko.

Technically hindi properly documented ang absences mo after Dec 28 dahil hindi ka nakapag-paalam ng tama.

Puntahan mo ang opisina. Kausapin mo ang HR.

Ganun po ba un? Kase nagkasakit ung anak ko after dec 28, kaya di ako nakapsok.. Pero meron din akong med cert ng anak ko, kaya ko nasabi na documented nman.

Ano ba ang patakaran ng kumpanya nyo sa mga absences?

Kailangan mo bang magpaalam o magsabi (before or on the day) sa iyong supervisor? O hindi na kailangan magsabi at magpaliwanag ka na lang pag pasok mo?
