Arresto Menor

Hi. I am a nobody.
My ex's sister is a licensed Pharmacist, she sent me a private message saying I have AIDS/HIV or I am one of the thousands in our country that have the same disease and she'd be glad to help me and it would all be confidential (which of course was sarcastic).
She also included her University's name with that message. And for all goodness, I do not have aids and I found the said message VERY offending. Is there anything I could do with this issue?
Thank you so much for the time. Any response would be greatly appreciated.
