my lolo died without will

May mga katanungan po ako tungkol sa mga property na naiwan ng lolo ko. My lolo died without will. My lola still alive and all properties is conjugal. They had 3 children and my dad is the youngest. Hindi in good terms ang lola ko at ang daddy ko. My lola filed a petition sa lahat ng properties na naiwan ng lolo ko. Then the petition was approved at nagkaron na ng court decision. But my dad died but they are not yet transferring the properties to their names. Still conjugal pa din mga property.my question is:

1 kanino po mapupunta yong property na para sa dad ko based on the court decision?

2 may right ba ang lola ko na baguhin ang court decision ?

3 pwede ba kami alisan ng karapatan ng lola ko sa mga parte ng daddy ko(deceased) since conjugal pa din property nila ng lolo ko?

4 pwede ba di sundin ng lola ko ang court decision since my dad pass away? Maari nya ba baguhin ang lahat?

Others can answer better than I, but I think the basics are like this:

Court decision can't be changed except by a court decision.

The inheritance TO your father is SAME UNDEPENDING of if he is alive.

The inheritance after your father is counted separate INCLUDING what he got by the court decision. (When your lola will die your father will get a share as if he would have been alive, and then your father's hiers split his share.)

What petition was it pls? Petition to what?

Petition to divide all the properties since there is no will when my grandfather died.
