Hi po, itatanong ko lng po sana kung kelan ko po pwde makuha ung 13 month pay ko today po ako magreresign Dec. 28, 2010 nagkaroon po kc kmi ng diskusyunan ng boss ko regarding sa 13 month pay, dahil wla daw po sya pera at namimilit daw po ako pra sa 13 month pay... dahil s nagyari napilitan xa magbigay ng P 1,500 bwat (5)employees nung Dec. 24, 2010 which is kulang pa, Kelan ko po pwde makuha ung 13 month pays ko at pti last salary ko???

13th month pay is supposed to be paid by 25 december. if you resign then last pay should be given within a reasonable time, which to me is one month

maraming salamat po sa maganda ninyong response.Paano po kung hindi po naibigay ang 13 month pay within this year?? ung iba ko po kc kasamahan kulang p din po ang naibigay, saan po ba pwde lumapit pra maaksyunan po un?? lagi din po kc delay ang sweldo pro okay lng po un s amin, pro ito pong 14 month pay, ibang usapan na po ito kc 1 taon nman po ito dapat pinaghandan.

you will have to file a money claim at the nearest DOLE office or at the nlrc
