Hello po,
I submitted my resignation letter just today, November 3, 2015. I have six filed SIL early this year (February or March). The effective date of my resignation is on December 25. Ang filed leaves ko ay December 22 to 30 except on the 24th - 25th kasi holiday na at walang pasok. Sabi ng HR, para daw ma complete ang 30 days, they will cancel my filed SIL. Mag aaral kasi ako ng ETEEAP and this program needs COE as a proof na may working experience akong 5 years sa major na papasukin ko next year. How can I enrol kung wala ang COE ko. Pano ko po ma convince ang management namin na ibigay ang COE ko pag magclearance na ako. I have 18 requirements to prepare in December at sa six day vacation ko ako maghahanda. First come first serve kasi sa skul pra maka kuha ng schedule sa professors. My plan kasi pagkatapos ng new year ay e susubmit ko na pra ma check ng department namin sa school.
