ILANG ULIT SINUBUKANG TUBUSIN PERO DI NA MAKITA YUNG PINAGSANLAAN. SINABIHAN AKO NA KNG WALA DAW TITULO KAHIT AMILYAR , PERO DI NAMAN MAKUHA KC DI PLA NABABAYARAN ANG AMILYAR NG LUPA. Do Meralco demand title to connect electric somewhere???

I thought they are just interested in geting customers Very Happy

My Tagalog is bad so perhaps I missunderstood something.
The only reasons I can think of Meralco don't connect are:
A. They suspect the NEW customer (=you) can't pay the bills.
B. An OLD customer at your adress (=property place) has DEPT to Meralco.

Of some odd reason, in the Phillipines old depts
follow the PROPERTY
instead of follow the PERSON as it is common in other countries...
