Closed bank how can we follow up deposits more than the insured amount

Hello.

Good day.

I need an advice on how to follow up from a close bank
the deposits which are in excess of the insured amount from PDIC. I have filed with PDIC my accounts with the close bank
on November 2011, had received from PDIC
the insured amount of 500,000Php. Its been 4 years and until now
I have not received any words fom them on when can I
claim those deposits in excess of the insured amount. Is there any legal action I need to do to fastrack the transaction? It has been 4 years and my hard earned money is still with them.
