Ano ba ang pwedeng ikaso sa isang tao na nag issue ng cheke knowing na closed naman pala ang account nya? 3 checks ang binigay sa akin for a total of P350,000.

hindi ba mas mabigat na kaso ang pwedeng isampa sa kanya since alam nyang closed na account nya sa bank and nag issue pa sya ng cheke? pwede ba sa estafa?

maximum of 1 year punishment ba sa kanya regardless of the amount? if yes mukhang hindi pa worth it for me as of now dahil malaki pa ang hinahabol kong pera at gagastos pa ako sa legal fees. usually how much ang gagastusin sa pag file for BP 22?

mukhang pipigain ko muna ng pipigain. nakikipagusap pa naman at nangangakong magbabayad.

Court will be the one to decide the punishment. The maximum imprisonment if the case will fall under estafa can be 20 years.

dineposit ko na ang checks today. sabi ng teller na kakilala ko, ikakasira ko daw ang pag deposit dahil alam ko naman na closed account na pero dineposit ko pa. totoo ba? paano ko naman idedemanda yung tao kung hindi ko naman idedeposit? TIA!

Nangyari din sa akin ito. Nag issue ng payment but with insufficient funds lang. 2 weeks overdue na and still wala pa deposit. Parehas lang ba ang kaso nito, Atty?
