I have a 20K salary a month and divided by 26 days which means my salary is 7692.31 per day. But I am not allowed to work at saturday freely unless I am told to. Therefore, most of the month, I'm working monday-friday equivalent to 22 days. The total salary that I can only get is 16,923 (minus deduction) that supposed to be 20K. I think it is so unfair to me, I can't get my expected salary and I'm always looking forward to the saturday work, and seems that my salary now become lower.  Is there a labor code about this?  What can you advise to me according to this?

What does your contract say?

Are you supposed to work 5 or 6 days a week?

We just have a short contract where my salary declared and the probation & regularity period. And there is no number of work days a week..

So that would mean you have a 5-day work week.
