Good day,

Company type:   Private-company

25000 divided by 26 = 961.53 ( daily rate)
or
25000 divided by 2 = 12,500(percutoff)
12500 (percutoff) divided by 13 days( working days Sat included) = 961.53.

--
So If 30days, 25000 divided by 30 = 833.33 (daily rate).

This concern is usually directed at daily-paid employees.

For monthly-paid, You still get paid 25k monthly (less tax, etc) as long as you come to work 6 days a week.

daily paid is "arawan" wherein it is no-work no-pay.

for the purpose of getting the daily salary, the correct divisor should be 26 as you are working on Saturdays.

The recommended formula by DOLE FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT WORK ON SUNDAYS (6 day workweek)  is the following:

Applicable Daily Rate (ADR) x factor* = Estimated Equivalent
12 months Monthly Salary (EEMR)

or 25,000 x 12  = YOUR DAILY RATE.
