im just being cofused... 3 po kaming sumasahod as monthly/fixed salary... before nabibigyan kami ng holiday pay... kea lang pagpaxok ng month of august 2013 hindi na daw kami kasali sa mbibigyan ng holiday pay dahil fixed rate po kami... tama po b iyon?

If you are holding a position such managerial or supervisory and if you have sign a contract with the company then yes, you are not entitled. Maybe your employer has set a policy for salary cap.
In which when you reach a certain amount of salary per month and holding managerial position you will not be entitled with holiday pay. For clarification search for Article 82.
