Hi Atty,
Nagsubmit po ako ng resignation letter first week of nov 2014 due to personal issues but my previous employer did not accept my resignation dahil daw ang nakalagay dun is effective after 15 days dapat daw 30days and sabi need ko na magisip isip muna baka daw magbago pa decision ko bout the resignation. but I decided to leave the company jan 6 2015, no call no text/awol.
May laban po ba ko na makuha coe ko at separation pay considering na nagsubmit nmn ako ng RL nov 2014?
ive stayed with my previous employer oct 1 2012 to jan 6 2015. medyo matagal tagal din po kaya sayang nmn coe and separation if meron po...

If may basis situation ko sa labor code. pls include section law...

COE pwede.

Separation pay wala unless nasa company policy.

Ikaw mismo umalis kasi, at walang paalam.

Yung RL mo ng November ay walang bisa na kasi hindi naman na-approve. Dahil nga kulang sa panahon ang binigay mo.
