wife and husband both committed concubinage and adultery

Hi I would like to inquire something..
My bf to whom I have a child was actually married at the age of 19..
I didn't know about it until nung naging pregnant ako..
His wife was also 19 at the time of the marriage. The guy was forced into marriage by his mom because the girl claimed she was pregnant and the girl's family threatened to kill the guy.However she was not pregnant that time. He was called po sa hall of justice on the spot and never knew that he was actually getting married. actually po ayaw po nya sa babae. During the ceremony the people present there were the guy's parents and the girl's sister who signed the waiver in behalf of the parents.. Actually that time buhay yung parents nung girl. After nun napilitan si guy na pakisamahan yung babae syempre kasi kasal na..After a year pa nabuntis yung babae.Nagkaanak sila.. then after nun parati na sila naghiwalay. Four years old na po yung bata nung nabuntis yung babae  sa ibang lalaki while on board yung guy, seaman po kasi yung lalaki. Hindi na po nagpapakita yung babae tapos tinry ayusin ayaw na po ng lalaki sa kanya..then after several years I met the guy then hindi ko po alam na married sya..
I got pregnant and we had a child..
Gusto na po ng guy na ipa annul yung kasal nila nung babae..so here are my questions..

1. MAy ground po ba ang guy for annulment ?

2. Pwede rin po ba sya mag file ng adultery dun sa babae if ever ayaw nyang magpa annul?

3. If ever na mag file ng concubinage yung babae sa amin..wil it be a strong case kasi po hindi naman naka register yung birth certificate nung baby I am waiting for the declaration of nullity nung marriage nila. Kasi natatakot ako na madamay kami ng bata? hindi naman po kami nga lilive in...wala po silang bahay nung ex nya walang naipundar na properties...nag vivisit lang kami ng baby dun sa bahay ng parents nya if on vacation sya...Nakatira po asko sa bahay ng parents ko.

4. yung babae nag file ng case sa poea saying na hindi daw nasusutentuhan yung bata but in fact may pinapadalang allowance yung guy every month sa bata thru his aunt. Kaso recently parang hindi daw nagpapa contact yung family nung babae para hindi sila makatanggap ng sustento so that it will be grounds for a case.kasi may plano silang maghuthot ng pera.May laban po ba ang lalaki kasi he has receipts of all the bank transfer and money transactions dun sa bata. Tapos yung family nung guy gumastos para makapagtrabaho yung girl as DH sa Kuwait.

please advise

1. Ang mga shotgun marriages ay voidable marriages in general. Pero may oras kung kelan maaring maging ground it for void marriage.Kung tama pagkakatanda ko, within 4 or 5 years siguro na maaring mag file ng annullment at gamiting grounds ito. Pero kung ipinagpatuloy pa nila ang pagsasama willfully sa iisang bubong knowing na shotgun marriage na ang nangyari eh ibang usapin na iyun.

2 & 3. Bakit ka/kayo mag file ng adultery/concubinage kung perehas lang ang bawat panig? Backfire ito sa inyo imho
Kung maghabol ang tunay na asawa, kayo pa ni lalaki ang makakasuhan, damay ka.

I'm afraid that your kids to him are/would be illegit since you were never married to him.

4. Patunayan ng lalaki sa court bilang depensa na sumoporta sya sa asawa at bata. The kids to his wife are legit and so is his wife until court declares so.

May karapatan kang humingi sa lalaki ng sustento para sa illegit kid mo

Sa anumang annulment, maari kang kumuha ng abogado para makahingi ka ng legal advise
