Arresto Menor

I'm working as a team leader sa isang BPO sa Makati. Our vacation leave is not convertible to cash by the end of the year but ang problem po is that nag accumulate na sya sa more than 80 hours at hindi magamit gamit dahil hindi na approve ang leave due to low man power. Kahit na more than a month in advance mo pa iapply hindi maa approve kasi nga walang tatao. Pwede ba i complain ito? TIA

Makipagusap muna kayo.

Ask for alternatives. Kung hindi nila papayagan ang leave at hindi naman babayaran, ano ang ibang mai-offer nila para fair naman sa lahat.
