Good day, I just wanna ask po if valid mag resign kaht may nka file na HR sayo ung employer? I think hinohold nila? Please reply po.Thanks

Pwede mag-resign... KUNG pumayag ang employer.

Pero madalas hindi.

Pero, may karapatan po ang employee mag resign dba? Nbsa ko lang sa labor code.. Then yung friend ko nag ask sa DOLE.. Pwedeng pwede nmn daw. Anung pwede kong sbhn sa employer n hnd nila ako pwede ihold?

Sure pwede kang mag-resign. But you have to comply with the 30-day notice pa rin.

Immediate Resignation po kasi ang snend ko nung Monday. Then wla manlang silang reply or notif sakin kng anu mngyyari.. Pero yung case ko kasi sa friday na hearing sa Hr.. And last friday n nila ako suspended.. Pero may ngsabi na ung mga gamit ko sa office pnlagay na sa box.. It means prang terminated nrn ako

So far chismis lang ang naririnig mo.

Hindi naman pwede mag immediate resignation kung wala sa 4 na dahilan sa labor code ang iyong dahilan ng pag-resign.

Dapat tapusin mo ang kaso mo otherwise lumalabas na meron kang iniiwasan at parang inamin mo na din ang sitwasyon.
